- What to expect if you have to go to the coroner’s court. Session led by Caroline Pennels – Head of legal services at Gloucester Royal.
13:00 – 15:00
- Venue – Anaesthetic department GRH.
- Mental Capacity, Consent, Duty of Candour and Complaints. Group discussion with Caroline Pennels and other representatives from the legal department GRH.
15:00-16:00
- Venue – Anaesthetic department GRH.
- How to stay out of trouble, and your interactions with the GMC when it goes wrong. Session led by Alistair McCrirrick. Consultant, GRH.
