1 pm Coagulation Update - Anticoagulant and Thrombolytic Prophylaxis. (to include new anticoagulant drugs, anti-platelet drugs, guidelines on anticoagulation and surgery and cardiac stents), Dr Marcin Pachucki
2 pm Case Based discussions on Management of coagulopathy (implications and prevention, including hypothermia and acidosis in severe trauma, guidelines for the use of thrombolysis and guidelines for anticoagulant and anti-platelet drugs and regional anaesthesia), Dr Ingrid Wilkins
